Payment & Refund Policies

Our payment policy is to accept personal & business checks.
(We must have time for checks to clear your bank)
Tour Deposit will be one-half of total quote amount for packages to Individuals &
$50 per person times the number of travelers quoted for groups of 16 or more.

If you would like to pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover we accept the following payment system.


Credit card payments
In order to give you the best prices a 2.9% surcharge will be added to your quote if you use a credit card


REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is to return all money in full if you cancel
within one (1) full week before your arrival date for Families
and thirty (30) days prior for a Group tour (some shows keep deposits 60 days out),
we will refund for individuals in a group with at least 3 days notice.
Note: Some group tour deposits are not refundable within the last 60 days.
We base our cancellation policies according to the policies of our venders.
We will work hard to get every penny back for you with God's help..
